How fast is delivery?
Delivery estimates vary by item and shipping origin. Orders ship with tracking from the United States or China, depending on the item. See Shipping & Returns for processing times and current product examples.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders of $49 or more. Otherwise $4.99 flat-rate tracked shipping.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship to all US addresses.
Will my order arrive in one box?
Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
Returns
What's your return policy?
30-day returns on unused items in original condition. Damaged or defective? Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. See Shipping & Returns.

I'm new. What should I buy first?
Read our beginner guide. Most new players start with the Backyard Court Kit (net, 4 paddles and balls), a bag of outdoor balls and a fresh overgrip.
Indoor or outdoor balls?
Outdoor balls have about 40 small holes for wind and concrete; indoor balls have about 26 bigger holes. Full guide here.
How do sizes run?
Size charts are on each apparel product page. Our graphic tee runs small, so we recommend one size up.

How do the bundle deals work?
Outdoor balls come in bags of 12: buy 2 bags get 1 free, buy 3 get 2 free, buy 4 get 3 free. Similar deals run on the foam practice balls, the paddle slings (mix any colors), the ball retriever and the solo trainer. Discounts apply automatically in your cart.
